Happy Hour

This Happy Hour class is both athletic and creative. With a focus on connecting your breath to your movement, You can expect to be challenged and inspired throughout this 60-minute power vinyasa flow. Our Power Yoga classes incorporates a vinyasa practice with plank work, creative movement, and lots of sweat. The room is heated and energetic music is incorporated.

Flow to Restore & Heal 75

This Candlelit 75-minute class has everything you could dream of. In the first portion of the class, you will be led through a slower-paced power vinyasa flow and guided gently into our signature Restore and Heal class, where your instructor will gently guide you into restorative poses while sharing Reiki healing energy.  The combination of Reiki healing energy and restorative yoga creates the ultimate healing experience. You are sure to leave feeling completely renewed. The room will be warm, and soft music will be incorporated.

Gentle Vinyasa Flow

This class is the perfect end to your day. This Gentle flow combines elements of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga with a focus on slow, gentle movements and breath synchronization. It can help build strength, flexibility, and balance. While also promoting relaxation and stress relief.  The room will be warm and candlelit, and you will leave feeling perfectly balanced and renewed.

Restore and Heal 75

This candlelit class is nurturing and peaceful. You will be in a warm room surrounded by candlelight and calming music while your instructor guides you through restorative yoga poses that are held for 8-10 minutes. Reiki healing energy is shared throughout the practice. Please dress comfortably in layers. blankets and bolsters will be provided.

Gentle Flow to Yin

This class combines the fluidity of a vinyassa flow sequence  with the stillness of Yin Poses. Flow to Yin classes can help you open up. your body, increase circulation and release tension. 

Yin Yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles and the fascia throughout your body. The aim is to increase your circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas. Your teacher will gently guide you through each pose while sharing reiki healing energy. 

The room will be warm and music will be incorporated.
