What to Expect in Yoga Class?

Expect to sweat, to breathe deeply, and to be challenged in the best way. Classes are typically 60 to 90 minutes, heated to approximately 90–95°F. Bring your water, towel, and an open mind. You’ll leave feeling stronger, lighter, and more centered.
