Becky Murray
I began practicing yoga over 20 years ago as a way to get a good stretch in, and to support my athletic Mom life. Over this time I built a deep commitment and regard for the ability yoga has to ground and heal our physical, mental and emotional well being. I love that our mats are a place to play, to discover, to take up space, to show up authentically, and to remember who we really are.
Since 2018, I’ve taught Vinyasa, Power and Slow Flow yoga as well as the deep healing practice of Yin. My husband and I love our time in the mountains, we have three (nearly grown up) kids, and an energetic Corgi.
Certifications and Trainings include: Baptiste Power Yoga (200 hr Soulfire Power Yoga, NH), Yin Yoga 50 hr Certifications (Sagel Urlacher and Kali Basman), Baptiste Hands on Assisting & Yoga for Youth. 50 hr Teach to Learn (Adi Amar and Ainslie Mintz), Intro to Sound Healing, Holy Fire III First Degree Reiki.
Emily Whitney
Hello yogis! I'm Emily. I'm thrilled to be teaching in the beautiful studio at Seacoast Power Yoga! I live by the philosophy that "movement is medicine" and lead with enthusiasm, positivity, and exploration in my yoga teaching. I love cultivating a class full of upbeat and meaningful music, mindfulness, and strength. A little about my training: in 2019 | received my 200-hour yoga teacher training in Baptiste Power Yoga, and that same year, I also received my Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) yoga certification. As a former athlete, I fell in love with a challenging practice and finding personal power on my mat. Whether on water or in the studio, I enjoy creating a space where students feel empowered, connected and inspired.

Yoga provides me with a unique toolbox. These tools not only help shift my perspective, but also give me permission to be at peace with who I am and to accept where I am in any given moment. The most effective tool yoga has blessed me with is breath awareness which continues to transform my life. I love to share this practice because of the positive impact it has had on my life, and I challenge students to go within and embrace whatever shows up on the mat in each moment.
I began practicing yoga about twenty years ago. Having been physically active and a distance runner for many years, and after dealing with nagging injuries, I was looking for something complimentary - and I had found it! I loved the physical challenges of yoga poses, but it wasn't until I went through teacher training that I embraced the deeper, personal transformation yoga has to offer. I received my 200-hour YTT in 2014 and 500-hour YTT in 2020. Additionally, I've trained with Sagel Urlacher in Yin Yoga and Maureen Miller in Restorative Yoga.
Likewise, I was drawn to reiki for its healing properties. I received my Reiki 1 & 2 with Tracy Coviello, and my Reiki Master with Cheryl Ryan. It brings me peace and joy to be able to connect with people through both Yoga and Reiki.
Personally, I am a full-time special education teacher working primarily with first graders. My husband and I are empty nesters with two grown children and two fur babies, Sydney and Rumi. Join me at Seacoast Power for a powerful, peaceful practice!
Jenna Campbell
Growing up in Maine, trail running was my meditation. I ran competitively in college and continued to marathon running in my 20s. As injuries accrued and children were born, running became less fulfilling and practical. I tried other options to stay active, finally finding yoga in 2015. I had previously convinced myself that yoga was too slow for me, and I could never shut my brain off. Once I dropped that story, I fell in deep love and appreciation of the practice and rekindled that meditative mind-body connection that running had once filled.
The practice of yoga is just that, a practice. Each day I show up differently to my mat, and much like a trail run, yoga can take you to a variety of places, all on a 2x6 foot mat. There are endless ways to challenge yourself, set goals, and grow your practice. Although the practice of yoga starts on the mat, I find that I carry the inner peace with me throughout my day. Yoga is truly a lifelong activity and can be modified to meet nearly any injury or ability, and I use this approach in teaching my classes. My goal is to help people experience the deep connection of being truly rooted in their body – fascia, muscles, joints, and most of all spirit, creating balance on and off the mat.

All that is meant for you will find you, so long as you're open to it. I'm lucky to have stumbled upon a mat and to have never stepped off. Yoga brings me joy, presence, and a true sense of calm, helping me to find my body in space and ground into the moment. My intention each day is to bring my yoga with me, everywhere I go. Beth Finelli
I’m so excited to share my practice with the Seacoast Power Yoga community! My journey with yoga began about 15 years ago when I was struggling with continuous running injuries. Now I can confidently say, yoga a day keeps injuries at bay. As I practiced over the years, I learned that yoga is much more than just injury prevention, it is the marriage of mind and body, and the benefits of this are exponential.
I live in Portsmouth with my husband, 2 children, and beloved Mastiff. My professional background is in education, outdoor education, and athletic coaching. I currently serve on a local non-profit board within that field. My favorite hobbies are distance running, anything involving the ocean, and metalworking.
Braeden Sanford
I started yoga as a way to gain more fitness and flexibility. I quickly realized that it has so much more to offer. Yoga has provided me with a means of self discovery and exploration offering personal growth
I finished my Yoga teacher training through Power Yoga University in January of 2024. My classes focus on grounding through moving mediation, breath, balance and strength. I look forward to seeing you on the mat!
Jessica Gutstein

Jessica has practiced multiple forms of yoga and has had the extraordinary opportunity to learn from teachers in several locations around the world. As a competitive athlete for most of her life, she found that yoga helped her find balance in a nurturing environment and was initially drawn to yoga for it’s therapeutic benefits. After becoming Barre certified in 2017, Jessica found that both yoga and barre enhanced the powerful connection between mind and body. She was also certified in Reiki Levels 1 and 2 in 2019. Jessica currently teaches classes in the Seacoast community and conducts private yoga sessions around the area.
Ericka Esposito
Hi friends! I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years. It is a love language for me that I adore sharing with others. I underwent my 200 hour teacher training in 2024 and will be continuing my education with an additional 300 hours starting in January 2026 with the lovely Tracey and Joanne💛
I just moved to NH from Philadelphia Suburbs and could not be happier and more grateful to be apart of the Seacoast Power Yoga community.
I am a practicing lawyer and dog momma. I’ve always stayed active throughout my life including earning my black belt in Tae Kwon Doe in high school, playing college softball, and participating in all different kinds of exercise: running, weight lifting, cycling, etc.
I first discovered hot yoga in college and have been practicing ever since. What started out as a great way to move and sweat turned into so much more after I dove into yoga teacher training while healing and growing through a pretty significant loss in my life. The mental and spiritual aspects of yoga which focus on mindfulness, breath work, and presence are my favorite. They helped me - and continue to help me - heal, breathe, and work towards being a better person everyday.
I look forward to sharing my practice with the SPY Community and hope to meet you soon!
Sarah Doucette

I combine dynamic movement, the mindfulness of breath work, and music to create an atmosphere in class that leaves you feeling strong and grounded. Join me Wednesday nights at 6 pm for a 75 minute flow and Friday mornings at 7 am. I can’t wait to see you on your mat!

Sian Leininger
Yoga has been my anchor since childhood - a practice I return to for grounding, balance, and renewal. Every time I step onto my mat, I reconnect with my strength and purpose. My journey has been anything but linear, I've stopped and started many times and tried different styles over the years. Power yoga, in particular, has allowed me to push beyond my limiting beliefs, enhance my practice, and ignite a true passion that I am thrilled to share.
As an RYT 200 trained in Power yoga, I bring a dynamic, music-driven approach to my classes, curating energizing playlists that empower movement and deepen connection. In my classes, you can expect to challenge yourself, find joy in movement, and tap into the strength that already exists within you.
With a background spanning corporate leadership, cannabis retail, and customer service, I know the power of community, and I am grateful to be part of Seacoast Power Yoga’s flourishing one. Let’s flow, breathe, and grow together ✨
Wendi Friend
With over 25 years of yoga practice, I have explored many styles, but it was in 2018 that I discovered power yoga- and was hooked. I was immediately drawn to its dynamic flow, strength-building sequences and breath-centered movement. I found a practice that challenged both the body and mind while creating space for deeper self-awareness. In my classes, I emphasize the connection between breath and fluid movement, guiding my students toward a practice that feels both powerful and grounding. Through intentional movement and mindful presence, I encourage you to tune in, move with purpose and leave class feeling strong, centered and more connected both on and off the mat. When I am not in the studio, I teach 1st grade at a small private school, and serve as the director of our primary school. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, sailing, a good book at the beach and spending time with my grown children and grandson.
