Jena Ocean

Hi I’m Jena! I started yoga when I was 16 in Fullerton California as a way to have alone time between water polo and lifeguarding. I was certified in hot power yoga in Exeter in 2020, and have since taught in 5 countries, and attained yin training as well as reiki master attunement. For me, play is sacred, so expect an emphasis on fluidity and vibrancy in my classes. When I’m not on my mat, I am acting, tour guiding and open water swimming on the seacoast.
